As a Foresight Therapist, You'll Enjoy:

What You'll Do:

1. Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person, between 25 and 30 clients per week)
2. Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
3. Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs)
4. Manage your caseload and maintain a consistent schedule

Compensation & Benefits:

1. An hourly rate of $38.00

What We're Looking For:

1. Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and/or Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) who reside in a state in which we operate (FL residency required for hybrid roles).
2. We seek clinicians who are committed to client-centered care using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices. They should be well-versed in mental health counseling practices, including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning, and proficient with technology, including EHR systems, Zoom, and Google Suite.
